This is what we need you for
- Du begleitest vielseitige Produktionsschritte und koordinierst diese – vom Druck bis zur Verpackung von unterschiedlichsten Produkten bis hin zu Kleinserien & Erstbemusterungen
- Du stellst unsere Maschinen selbstständig oder im Team ein und bedienst sie je nach Fertigungsaufträgen. Auftretende Störungen erkennst und behebst du eigenständig
- Du bist im Arbeitsschritt Drucken, Kaschieren oder Stanzen eingesetzt
- Über verschiedene Produktionsschritte hinweg betreust du personalisierte Produkte und kleine Produktserien
- Du überprüfst kontinuierlich die Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben

- Du hast eine Berufsausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Quereinsteiger die technisch affin sind, sind auch willkommen sich zu bewerben.
- Erfahrung in der Papier-/Pappenindustrie und ein gutes Gespür für Druckprozesse ist vorteilhaft
- Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und dein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und packst gerne mit an
- Du bist bereit im Zwei- Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten. In der Hochsaison eventuell auch 3-Schicht
