  • Du organisierst und betreust selbständig interne und externe Weiterbildungsangebote für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
  • Du betreust das Volontär- und Traineeprogramm, wirkst an dessen Weiterentwicklung mit und begleitest das Onboarding neuer Teilnehmer*innen
  • Du wirkst bei strategischen Projekten und Konzepten im Bereich Learning & Development mit
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Projektaufgaben

  • Du studierst derzeit mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie oder Pädagogik oder hast dein Studium bereits abgeschlossen
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Projekte und Aufgaben, hast Fristen auf dem Schirm und hältst diese auch ein
  • Die Strukturierung und Planung von Aufgaben, Projekten oder Veranstaltungen bereitet dir Freude
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und bist selbstorganisiert, kannst Aufgaben effizient planen und Prioritäten setzen
  • Du bist offen für unterschiedlichste Einblicke im Bereich Talent Management

Weitere Facts: Selbstverständlich wird dein Praktikum vergütet – und zwar im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums laut Lehr- bzw. Studienplan mit 1.600 € (brutto) im Monat, basierend auf einer 35-Stunden-Woche.
