  • Als strategische*r Sparingpartner*in übernimmst du Verantwortung für die betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung unserer Tochtergesellschaften in Deutschland und im Ausland. Hierbei trägst du maßgeblich zur Optimierung unserer globalen Geschäftsprozesse bei.
  • Finanzplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Risikomanagement unserer Tochtergesellschaften liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Deine Analysen und Empfehlungen stützen Geschäftsleitung und Aufsichtsrat bei wichtigen Entscheidungen.
  • Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Controlling-Prozessen, Reporting-Strukturen und Analyse-Tools voran und gestaltest dabei aktiv die Weiterentwicklung monatlicher Reportings und gruppenweite Controlling-Initiativen.
  • Aufbereitung komplexer Sonderanalysen, Koordination von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen und die Entwicklung strategischer Impulse zur Verbesserung der Unternehmensleistung gehören zum Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du entwickelst in deiner Rolle unsere Controlling-Systemlandschaft weiter und arbeitest mit Tools wie Microsoft Power BI, SAP BI, SAP Analysis for Office, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, SAP ERP (FI/CO/COPA). Die Einführung neuer Systeme wie SAP Analytics Cloud, InSight Software IDL Konsis oder SAP S/4 HANA trägst du mit.

This is what you can score highly with

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt auf Betriebswirtschaft oder IT.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzerncontrolling oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit internationalen Unternehmensstrukturen bringst du mit.
  • Deine ausgezeichneten analytischen Fähigkeiten, dein starkes Zahlenverständnis und deine präzise Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einer hohen IT-Affinität, machen dich zur idealen Besetzung für diese Rolle.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab.
