This is what we need you for

  • Du bewertest und steuerst Kreditrisiken im internationalen B2B-Kundenportfolio, legst Kreditlimits fest und überwachst diese auf Basis quantitativer und qualitativer Kriterien
  • Das Portfolio versicherter Kunden pflegst du in SAP Add-Ons und stellst sicher, dass die Obliegenheiten aus dem Kreditversicherungsvertrag eingehalten werden
  • Mit Warenkreditversicherern und internen Schnittstellen wie dem Vertrieb stehst du in engem Austausch und erstellst Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für den Vorstand und die Leitung Finanzen
  • Du überwachst Zahlungsströme, identifizierst potenzielle Ausfallrisiken und nutzt Auskunfteien, Jahresabschlüsse sowie interne Daten zur Risikoanalyse. Im Rahmen des Jahres- und Monatsabschlussprozesses führst du Forderungsbewertungen durch, analysierst die Ergebnisse und berichtest an die internen Stakeholder und Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Außerdem unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung der globalen Customer Risk Guideline, arbeitest an internationalen Projekten zur Automatisierung/Effizienzsteigerung mit und bringst dich aktiv in bereichsübergreifende Projekte ein, z.B. Umstellung auf SAP S/4HANA und andere Digitalisierungsinitiativen

This is what you can score highly with

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Forderungsmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit, idealerweise im internationalen Konzernumfeld
  • Mit digitalen Tools gehst du sicher um, beherrschst das MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel und hast Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zügig zu verstehen und anzuwenden. Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken aus
  • Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative gehören zu deinen Stärken, ebenso wie Teamfähigkeit, auch in interkulturellen Teams
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bringst eine globale Denkweise mit
