• Du verantwortest die strategische Leitung der globalen Qualitätssicherung als Teil des Qualitätsmanagements bei Ravensburger
• Du führst und motivierst ein internationales Team von Qualitätsmanagern an mehreren Standorten
• Du implementierst und optimierst globale Qualitätskennzahlen, Verfahren und Standards, die der Bewertung, Behebung und Prävention von Qualitätsabweichungen dienen
• Die Begleitung und Vorbereitung von Audits, Zertifizierungen und Lieferantenqualifikationen gehört mit zu deinen Aufgaben
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zusammen und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld bringst du mit
• Du kennst dich bestens mit Qualitätsstandards und relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen aus
• Analytische Stärke, Lösungsorientierung und überzeugendes Führungsverhalten zeichnen dich aus
• Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch
