  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestaltest und dokumentierst du Geschäftsprozesse nach BPMN 2.0
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen ein
  • Du unterstützt bei Prozessworkshops mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Du wirkst aktiv an Projekten zur Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Geschäftsprozesse mit
  • Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in das Projekt- und Programmportfoliomanagement und unterstützt bei der Koordination und Steuerung von Projekten

This is what you can score highly with

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Prozessmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du interessierst dich für Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und moderne Technologien und bringst eine analytische Denkweise mit
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Prozessmanagement, Operational Excellence oder der Organisationsentwicklung sammeln
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen zusammen und gehst Aufgaben eigenständig an
  • Mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, gehst du sicher um, idealerweise bringst du erste Kenntnisse in Signavio, LeanIX oder ähnlichen Tools mit
