- You own the company-wide transformation and project portfolio, ensuring transparency, strategic alignment, prioritization, and transparent governance - reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy
- You lead major transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, driving execution excellence and measurable business outcomes
- You partner closely with the business functions, HR and Communications to enable sustainable organizational and cultural change
- You turn strategic priorities and Executive Board decisions into concrete, measurable implementation plans
- You lead the end-to-end redesign and optimization of core cross-functional processes
- You lead and develop a small team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and professional growth
- You act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior leadership and project leads on complex, high-stakes decisions

- You bring several years of senior-level experience leading complex transformation or change programs; consulting background is a plus
- You have a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs, turning ambitious goals into measurable business impact and sustainable results
- Your expertise in program management, process redesign, and transformation governance, combined with a strong understanding of AI and digital technologies characterizes you
- You bring a strong background in change management and a proven ability to drive cultural and organisational transformation, combining a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities
- You have experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation, communicate confidently at Executive Board level, and are fluent in both, German and English
