  • Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung und Verantwortung für eine termingerechte und fehlerfreie Zeit- und Entgeltabrechnung für deinen Betreuungsbereich. Dazu gehört unter anderem die Abwicklung von administrativen Maßnahmen in SAP HR
  • Bei allen Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung und Benefits bist du erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitende in Deutschland
  • Du unterstützt die HR Business Partner in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Neben der Erstellung von Bescheinigungen für Mitarbeitende und Behörden bist du Ansprechpartner*in für Steuerbehörden, Krankenkassen, Arbeitsagenturen, Wirtschaftsprüfer und andere Institutionen
