• Du sammelst, bereinigst und analysierst Daten aus verschiedenen Marketing-Plattformen wie CRM, Web-Analytics, Social Media und Werbe-Tools
• Internationale Full-Funnel-Kampagnen (Awareness, Consideration & Engagement, Purchase, Loyalty) bewertest du hinsichtlich ihrer Performance
• Mit der Entwicklung von Dashboards und Berichten sorgst du dafür, dass KPIs und Kampagnenergebnisse jederzeit im Blick bleiben. Zudem entwirfst und leitest du die Implementierung eines KI-basierten datenunterstützten Marketing-Entscheidungssystems
• Trends, Muster und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten erkennst du und übersetzt deine Erkenntnisse in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und verbessert somit unseren Marketing-ROI
• In Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams stimmst du datengetriebene Strategien mit den Unternehmenszielen ab

• Du hast Erfahrung in den Bereichen Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistik oder einem verwandten Feld
• Du bringst nachweisbare Kenntnisse in der Marketingplanung und der Analyse von Kampagnen-Performance mit
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit Tools zur Datenvisualisierung (z. B. Power BI) und Analyseplattformen gehört zu deinen Stärken
• Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel und SQL; Erfahrung mit Python oder R wäre ein Plus
• Ein gutes Verständnis für Zielgruppen, Konsumentenverhalten und Attributionsmodelle sowie ein Gespür für datengetriebene Marketingstrategien zeichnen dich aus
