  • Du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass im Gastronomiebereich alles rund läuft und behältst auch an stressigen Tagen den Überblick. 
  • Du planst Einsätze und Pausen und findest eine Lösung, wenn im Tagesgeschäft mal etwas anders läuft als geplant.
  • Du arbeitest neue Kolleg*innen ein und hilfst dabei, dass sie sich schnell im Team zurecht finden.
  • Du achtest darauf, dass Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden und kümmerst dich um Bestellungen für deinen Bereich. 
  • Du packst selbst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft an und unterstützt dein Team dort, wo gerade Hilfe gebraucht wird.
