This is what we need you for

  • Du unterstützt die Storeleitung bei Tätigkeiten wie der Sortimentsgestaltung, der Koordination der Bestellungen und der Einsatzplanung sowie gegebenenfalls bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit der Storeleitung trägst du die Verantwortung für die ansprechende Warenpräsentation sowie das Erscheinungsbild des Shops
  • Durch deine Beratung und den Verkauf unserer Produkte gewährleistest du die hohe Zufriedenheit der Besucher*innen
  • An unseren EDV Kassen kassierst du eigenständig die Ware und führst nach Ladenschluss die tägliche Kassenabrechnung durch
  • Zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehört die Warenannahme sowie die sorgfältige Einsortierung und Auszeichnung der Ware

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und hast idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus und du überzeugst mit einem sicheren Auftreten sowie einer positiven Ausstrahlung
  • Du hast Spaß am Verkauf und der Beratung zu unseren Produkten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Kasse und in der Kassenabrechnung sowie Kenntnisse in gängigen MS-Office-Programmen bringst du mit
  • Du bist offen für Samstagsarbeit und flexibel in deinen Arbeitseinsätzen
