This is what we need you for

This contract position will assist the International Marketing Manager with the development and dissemination of global games marketing toolkit assets; Licensor submissions; PIM/MAM uploads; Third Party Platform content; and other administrative tasks as needed.  Games categories include Kids, Family, and ThinkFun titles.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing toolkits and assets, including Amazon and digital retailer content, website banners, social media and newsletter assets, trade ads, videos, photoshoots, sales materials, and other campaign deliverables; draft creative briefs, manage timelines, and support copywriting as needed.
  • Assemble, organize, maintain, and upload approved marketing assets, toolkits, and content across SharePoint, PIM/MAM, and other internal systems, while supporting product listing audits and asset health initiatives.
  • Manage licensor approvals for North American and EMEA markets by submitting, tracking, and revising marketing assets through licensor portals to ensure timely approvals and compliance with brand requirements.
  • Upload and maintain product content, renders, videos, and marketing assets across third-party platforms such as BoardGameGeek, BoardGameArena, and YouTube, while supporting content strategy, audience engagement, and community-building initiatives.
  • Support marketing operations and special projects through market research, competitive analysis, surveys, asset audits, content planning, task tracking in Wrike, and other administrative and coordination activities as needed.

This is what you can score highly with

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, creative production, project coordination, publishing, licensing, consumer products, games, entertainment, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, including coordination of creative asset development from concept through final delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining digital asset libraries, content management systems, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of tabletop games, toys, licensing, consumer products, or entertainment industries is preferred.


$75,000- $90,000 annualized equivalent compensation rate
