This is what we need you for
Licensing Submission Support
Prepare, assemble, and submit licensed materials for assigned physical and/or digital products in accordance with established requirements.
Support submissions across applicable stages, which may include:
Planning and long-lead development reviews
Art, narrative, UI/UX, and packaging submissions
Pre-production, safety, and production approvals
Digital feature, update, or live-content submissions
Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and properly documented prior to licensor review.
Tracking & Documentation
Maintain accurate licensing trackers, databases, and status logs for assigned products or initiatives.
Track submission dates, feedback, approval status, and outstanding actions.
Organize and maintain supporting documentation, assets, and records in approved file systems.
Communication & Coordination
Capture licensor feedback and distribute it clearly to assigned Licensing Project Managers and cross-functional partners.
Support follow-up on open questions, revisions, and resubmissions.
Assist with status reporting and preparation of dashboards or summaries as requested.
Process & Operational Support
Execute defined licensing processes and standards as established by the Senior Licensing Project Manager, TCG.
Support internal reviews, audits, and compliance-related documentation needs.
Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative coordination related to licensing workflows.

Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles preferred.
Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, project management software).
Exposure to licensed products, games, digital content, or Trading Card Games preferred.
Success Measures
Licensing submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Tracking and documentation are reliable and up to date.
Licensing Project Managers experience reduced administrative load and improved execution flow.
Cross-functional teams receive clear, timely information related to licensing submissions.
Licensing workflows operate smoothly without preventable delays or errors.

Salary Range- $62,000-$84,000 based on experience and qualifications.
