This is what we need you for
The 3PL and CIP Manager is responsible for managing the company’s outsourced logistics network and driving continuous improvement across U.S. operational processes. The role ensures effective performance of third-party logistics providers while leading initiatives to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and operational processes across transportation, fulfillment, and the order-to-cash cycle.
Functional & Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead integration of North American Logistics into Global Logistics (organization, processes, systems).
- Manage 3PL providers including transitions, budgets, VAS, customer compliance, and chargebacks.
- Drive and track Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) within 3PL and Order-to-Cash to reduce distribution costs.
- Benchmark 3PL performance using KPIs, process transparency, and value-stream mapping.
- Oversee transportation optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain local daily management processes.
- Lead chargeback prevention and resolution activities.
- Drive RNA operational excellence projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead and support logistics and supply chain projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong 3PL management and transportation optimization experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
