This is what we need you for
Disney Lorcana TCG is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management to run the operational engine of our product development pipeline. In this role, you’ll lead a team of project managers, unify producer and PM execution, and own the schedules and systems that take every product from idea to global launch.
What You’ll Do
Lead a high-impact PM team.
Manage, coach, and develop team of Project Managers.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Drive projects through all development and launch phases, ensuring timelines are clear and milestones hit.
Run the master schedule for the TCG portfolio.
Keep the single, integrated, comprehensive schedule; ensure leadership has a simple, accurate view of what’s on track and what needs attention.
Unify PMs and Producers into one operating rhythm.
Set operating rhythm and lead PM + Producers to align status, risks, and dependencies.
Be the project management software expert for the category.
Design workflow/dashboard approach, determine and enforce standards, and provide proactive solutions to break down silos.
Keep processes clear and documented.
Provide clear, up-to-date process documentation so teams always know who does what and how work moves.
Integrate Licensing and Localization into the plan.
Coordinate with Licensing PD and Localization to align approval cycles and regional needs with schedules and milestones.
Drive to decisions.
Ensure decisions are made, tracked, and executed on-time with all stakeholders informed.
Continually increase efficiencies.
Improve category efficiency, team productivity, and individual contributors’ impact while reducing time to market.
Lead category learning.
Ensure retrospectives capture and synthesize learnings. Turn learnings into pivots in how we work to drive continual improvement as a studio.
Champion escalation.
Identify effective escalation paths and drive early escalation.

What You Bring
Seasoned project/program management experience.
5+ years in project or program management, ideally in TCGs, games, entertainment, publishing, or physical product development.
Proven people leadership.
Experience managing project managers or multi-track PM environments with strong coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Strong lifecycle and pipeline understanding.
Comfortable with complex, multi-phase creative and physical product workflows (from early concept through production and launch).
Tool and systems fluency.
Expertise in project management platforms (Wrike strongly preferred) plus familiarity with documentation tools such as SharePoint; process tools like Signavio are a plus.
Cross-functional leadership.
Able to align product, design, creative, production, marketing, licensing, and localization partners around shared timelines and priorities.
Clear, concise communication.
Able to turn complex operational realities into simple, actionable updates for leaders and teams.
Fandom and category affinity.
Familiarity with TCGs, tabletop gaming, or collector communities is a plus; passion for Disney is a bonus.

Salary range- $110,000-$130,000
