This is what we need you for
Key Responsibilities:
- Localization & Editorial Production
- Organize and oversee the translation, proofreading, and editing of German tiptoi product content into U.S. English.
- Manage collaboration with recording studios, including selection voice talent, direction scheduling, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with the tiptoi editorial office in Ravensburg, Germany to ensure consistent brand and product standards.
- Testing & Debugging
- Conduct testing and debugging of audio files and logical structures within the tiptoi system
- Provide detailed feedback on game mechanics, voice quality, and educational accuracy to editorial and development teams.
- Project Management
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage interface communication and deliverables across stakeholders, including the U.S. D2C team.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with a well-structured, quality-driven approach.
- Maintain data accuracy, organize product materials, and prepare internal presentations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as the go-between for internal teams, external vendors, licensors, and the Ravensburger Germany editorial team
- Ensure clear communication of goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Other duties as assigned.

- Language & Communication
- Excellent written and spoken Standard American English.
- German not required, but familiarity is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills.
- Technical & Editorial Skills
- Comfortable working with interactive content, with a basic understanding of programming logic and digital game design.
- Previous experience with interactive, audio, or educational products is highly desirable.
- Background in editorial production, children’s content, learning tools, or audio products preferred.
- Project & Vendor Management
- Proven project management capabilities with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage licensor relationships, recording studio selection, and contract negotiations.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-oriented work approach.
- Market Awareness
- Knowledge of the children’s publishing and/or
learning products market is important.
- Ability to evaluate product content for age-appropriateness and educational value.
