This is what we need you for

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, managing chargebacks and disputes, and supporting day-to-day account operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and distribution centers—helping to drive efficiency, minimize revenue loss, and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Distribution Facilities (DF), Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) accounts, and other ecommerce partners.

You will also oversee ecommerce account operations with a focus on the order-to-cash process—managing orders from receipt through fulfillment, invoicing, collections, and credit issuance. Your attention to detail and ability to resolve issues quickly will be critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting the growth of our key accounts.


Invoice & Reporting

  • Investigate missing invoice reports and manually upload invoices for Amazon account
  • Monitor system for errors related to delivery status and order status
  • Maintain and update the warehouse reports for Amazon DF orders; confirm closure once deletions are verified by warehouse
  • Pull late PO reports and send to warehouse for prioritization

Returns & Chargebacks

  • Dispute invalid Amazon return attempts while processing valid D2C/ROS returns for credit
  • Manage chargeback CoOp processing and disputes for all D2C accounts
  • Conduct chargeback/shortage root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Process chargeback credits and ensure timely resolution
  • Pull DCM spreadsheets for account fees and issue credits accordingly

eCommerce Account Management & Order-to-Cash

  • Oversee daily account management for eCommerce partners assigned
  • Manage the order-to-cash process: order entry, fulfillment coordination, credit issuing
  • Support eCommerce sales initiatives by providing accurate account reporting, product images, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow and timely resolution of issues
  • Act as the primary liaison with Operations/Warehouse on all assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong account relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Be backup for Amazon Key Account Specialist for time off

This is what you can score highly with

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, operations, or finance (consumer goods, eCommerce, or retail preferred)
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash processes and eCommerce account operations
  • Proficiency in SAP or order processing software a strong plus
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to manage and analyze data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
