Key Responsibilities
Individual & Functional Responsibilities
- Own global item setup for all marketing materials.
- Support global item setup for all Disney Lorcana sellable SKUs under the guidance of the Games Project Manager and Supply Chain Specialist.
- Provide procurement support for Organized Play, including item numbers, names, quantities, costs, locations, export dates, and set dates.
- Own and maintain DIMs and weights in SAP for all Disney Lorcana marketing materials.
- Support DIMs and weights updates in SAP for sellable SKUs.
- Manage physical product orders for all First Order Launches (FOLs) and incremental orders.
- Oversee distribution and allocation of Disney Lorcana products.
- Place and manage orders in SAP for all Disney Lorcana allocations.
Process Assessment & Documentation
- Review and document current processes within your responsibility areas.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes with management support.
Shared Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Procurement on procurement processes.
- Partner with Technical Documentation and Games Project Management on global item setup.
- Coordinate with Ravensburger North America Shipping Support on inventory processing.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in data management, production coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the games, entertainment, or consumer products industry is a plus.
