This is what we need you for

  • Centre of Excellence: Ensure consumer service excellence by following pre-defined processes, standards, and guidelines to provide consumers with accurate answers to their queries.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Continuous development and mastery of digital touchpoint infrastructure (CRM, Chatbot, Email) to manage a diverse range of inquiries - from gameplay assistance to product troubleshooting.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a "Subject Matter Expert" for the product portfolio; ability to quickly identify specific game parts and components to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.
  • Brand & Product Ambassadors: Support the group by staying up-to-date on new game releases and brand developments to educate and support consumers with a passionate, "gamer-to-gamer" tone.
  • Controlling and Analysis: Take pride in tracking personal KPIs (Response Time, CSAT) and actively work towards shortening waiting times and improving the consumer journey.

  • Flexibility (optional if not standard working hours): Maintain openness to shift flexibility (including potential weekends/evenings) to support global regions and peak seasonal inflows.
  • Language Requrements: English (B2/C1 required); Third European language to B2 preferred.
