This is what we need you for

  • As a Junior Consumer Service Agent, you interact directly with external clients across various countries. You are expected to provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality responses to consumer inquiries
  • You continuously build and strengthen your skills across digital touchpoints such as CRM systems, chatbots, and email. You confidently manage a wide range of inquiries
  • You act as a Subject Matter Expert, resolving issues efficiently and accurately
  • You stay up to date on new product releases and brand developments. With a passionate, authentic “gamer-to-gamer” tone, you educate, support, and inspire our community
  • You actively work to shorten waiting times and enhance the overall consumer experience, observing KPIs such as Response Time and CSAT

  • You bring a strong service mindset with clear, consumer‑first communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent support
  • You feel confident working with digital communication tools and enjoy handling a wide variety of consumer inquiries
  • You have a “can-do” attitude and passion for improvements
  • You are open to scheduling your work across morning or mid‑day shifts, with the possibility to alternate.
  • You offer flexibility to extend your working hours occasionally to support peak-season needs
  • You are fluent in English (B2/C1 required), and ideally also have a fluent command of another European language(s).
