This is what we need you for

  • As a Consumer Service Agent, you interact directly with external clients across various countries. You are expected to provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality responses to consumer inquiries
  • You continuously build and strengthen your skills across digital touchpoints such as CRM systems, chatbots, and email. You confidently manage a wide range of inquiries
  • You act as a Subject Matter Expert, resolving issues efficiently and accurately
  • You stay up to date on new product releases and brand developments. With a passionate, authentic “gamer-to-gamer” tone, you educate, support, and inspire our community
  • By actively working to reduce waiting times, you enhance the overall consumer experience, guided by KPIs such as Response Time and CSAT

  • You bring a strong service mindset with clear, consumer‑first communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent support
  • You feel confident working with digital communication tools and enjoy handling a wide variety of consumer inquiries
  • A motivated "can-do" approach and passion for improvements characterizes you
  • You offer flexibility to extend your working hours occasionally to support peak-season needs
  • You are fluent in English (B2/C1 required), and ideally also have a fluent command of another European language(s)

The salary range for this position is 96,000.00 - 114,000.00 Złoty. Initially the contract will be initiated for 3 months, with the option for a permanent contract, when both sides agree.
