This is what we need you for

  • Du wirst in verschiedenen kaufmännischen Abteilungen eingesetzt und lernst dabei zentrale betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge im Industrieumfeld kennen – mit besonderem Fokus auf Logistik, Transport und Supply Chain
  • Du unterstützt bei der Analyse betrieblicher und logistischer Problemstellungen, entwickelst Lösungsansätze und wirkst bei der Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette mit
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team planst, steuerst und überwachst du Abläufe von der Beschaffung über Lagerung und Kommissionierung bis hin zum Warentransport
  • Du bringst dich aktiv mit deinem Wissen zu digitalen Produktions-, Informations- und Kommunikationstechniken ein, insbesondere im Kontext moderner Logistiklösungen
  • Du arbeitest an spannenden Projekten mit, z. B. zu den Themen Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung logistischer Prozesse
  • Im Rahmen deines Studiums übernimmst du eigenständig (Teil-)Projekte und entwickelst deine fachlichen sowie methodischen Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiter

  • Eine Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife bringst du mit oder schließt sie gerade ab, idealerweise mit guten Leistungen in Mathematik, Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit zur Planung und Koordination logistischer Abläufe mit
  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit EDV-Programmen und kannst Daten effizient verwalten und analysieren
  • Du zeigst Motivation, Engagement und die Bereitschaft, aktiv Verantwortung in einer dynamischen Branche zu übernehmen und dich einzubringen

Weitere Facts: Dein Duales Studium bei uns dauert 3 Jahre – dabei wechselst du alle drei Monate zwischen Theoriephasen an der DHBW Ravensburg und Praxisphasen in unterschiedlichen Bereichen bei uns. Diese Position ist bei unserer Tochtergesellschaft Ravensburger AG, einem Unternehmen der Ravensburger-Gruppe, angesiedelt.
Deine Vergütung? 1.200€ im ersten Ausbildungsjahr, 1.290€ im zweiten und 1.440€ im dritten pro Monat, basierend auf einer 35-Stunden-Woche. Dein Job? Lernen, wachsen und dabei jede Menge Spaß haben.
