This is what we need you for

  • Du entwickelst das SAP S/4HANA PP- und ePP/DS-Template weiter und unterstützt den operativen Betrieb in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Fachbereichen
  • Du stellst eine effiziente systemseitige Abbildung von Planungs- und Dispositionsprozessen sicher (z. B. Kapazitäts‑, Reihenfolgenplanung und Rüstoptimierung)
  • Standortübergreifende Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte leitest und begleitest du, insbesondere die werksübergreifende Einführung von ePP/DS
  • Die Analyse von Prozessen und Daten liegt bei dir. Du entwickelst KPIs, führst Benchmarks durch und trackst die Performance
  • Du schulst, coachst und befähigst Anwender in der Produktionsplanung und Disposition und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Sinne von Lean / Operational Excellence voran

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Produktion/Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder im Process bzw. Operational Excellence Umfeld mit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, insbesondere im Modul PP sowie in ePP/DS zeichnen dich aus
  • Deine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gehört zu deinen Stärken. Zudem verfügst du über ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
