This is what we need you for

  • Du steuerst den gesamten Wareneingang und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Auch Warenausgangsprozesse und die Grundlagen der Intralogistik sind dir vertraut.
  • Du führst ein Team mit ca. 40 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Ravensburg und Tettnang, priorisierst Aufgaben und greifst ein, wenn es hakt
  • Du klärst Abweichungen (Mengen, Qualität, Termine) mit externen Lagerstandorten, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferanten
  • Du behältst Kennzahlen, insbesondere in den Dimensionen Sicherheit, Qualität, Liefergrad und Produktivität im Blick und Informierst dein Team im Rahmen unserer Daily Management-Struktur
  • Du erkennst Schwachstellen im Prozess, leitest Verbesserungen ab und setzt sie strukturiert, aber dennoch pragmatisch um

This is what you can score highly with

  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Fachwirt
  • Du kennst dich mit ERP- und Lagerverwaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP) und den Abläufen im Wareneingang aus
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Mengen-, Qualitäts- und Buchungsprozesse. KVP, Lean Management und das Nutzen digitaler Tools sind fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeitsweise
  • Du bleibst auch in fordernden Situationen ruhig und findest als Teamplayer die richtigen Prioritäten
