This is what we need you for

  • Du strukturierst und analysierst qualitätsrelevante Daten und baust Dashboards in Power BI, Excel oder Tableau auf
  • Du wirkst am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines KPI-Systems mit und unterstützt bei KPI‑Definitionen sowie Datenmodellen
  • Du entwickelst kleine digitale Lösungen (PowerApps, Forms, SharePoint) und unterstützt bei Automatisierungen mit Power Automate
  • AI‑Tools nutzt du zur Prozessoptimierung, Dokumentenstrukturierung und Datenauswertung und leitest Verbesserungspotenziale aus Datenanalysen ab
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Pflege, Aktualisierung und Strukturierung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente. Zusätzlich unterstützt du bei der Erstellung und Dokumentation neuer QM/QS‑Prozesse

    • Du befindest dich im Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Qualitätsmanagements, Data Analytics, der technischen BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (idealerweise im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor oder Master)
    • Du bringst erste Erfahrung oder großes Interesse an KPI‑ und Datenmanagement, Dashboard‑Entwicklung (optimal mit Power BI) sowie Low‑Code‑Tools wie SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms und Power Automate mit
    • Für Programmierung, Automatisierung und digitale Lösungen begeisterst du dich
    • Deine hohe Affinität zu AI‑Tools und modernen, datengetriebenen Arbeitsweisen zeichnet dich aus
    • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und detailgenau und kommunizierst gerne im interdisziplinären Team
