This is what we need you for
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund*innen professionell und empathisch via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
- Serviceanfragen und Beschwerden bearbeitest du lösungsorientiert und effizient, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Die Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Kundendaten in unserem SAP Service Cloud/C4C IT-System liegt in deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du kümmerst dich um den After-Sales-Service für den Ravensburger Online-Shop und bearbeitest Anfragen auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen
- Du unterstützt die Automatisierung von Serviceprozessen und pflegst sowie aktualisierst die Wissensdatenbank (Self-Service-Portal für Verbraucher)

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder in einer ähnlichen Position
- Deine ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englisch und einer weiteren Fremdsprache (wünschenswert Italienisch) zeichnen dich aus
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen charakterisieren dich
- Mit deinen fundierten IT-Kenntnissen und deiner Erfahrung im Umgang mit Service-Systemen trägst du dazu bei, unsere Kundenanfragen effizient und professionell zu bearbeiten
