This is what we need you for
- Gemeinsam mit den entsprechenden Fachbereichen erarbeitest du die Prozesse zur Qualitätssicherung und entwickelst diese weiter (z.B. Grenzmusterkataloge)
- Innerhalb der Produktion führst du Prüfungen durch, um Fehlerquellen zu identifizieren und Ursachenanalysen abzuleiten
- Das Dokumentieren von Qualitätsabweichungen in SAP und die Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du förderst aktiv das Qualitätsbewusstsein durch interne Workshops und Schulungen
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen KVP und Operational Excellence entwickelst du das gesamte Qualitätsmanagementsystem zum Aufbau eines integrierten Managementsystems weiter

- Hervorragende Fach-und Methodenkompetenz innerhalb der Qualitätssicherung, egal ob durch ein Studium oder eine Meister-/Technikerausbildung zeichnen dich aus
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung innerhalb eines Produktionsunternehmens der Konsumgüterindustrie gewinnen
- Du hast Freude an der Prozessoptimierung und begeisterst dabei auch andere für die Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen
- Als sachorientierte*r Moderator*in mit starken Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten überzeugst du in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen und Stakeholdern
- Gute Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen es dir, die Qualitätsthemen auch im internationalen Umfeld voranzubringen
