This is what we need you for

  • Du unterstützt die Abteilung bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen im Bereich IT-Security.
  • Dein Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen hilft dir, den Aufbau und die Inhalte des Intranetportals für IT-Security und Informationssicherheit zu gestalten und sicherzustellen.
  • Du bist für die Überarbeitung und Modernisierung von IT-Richtlinien sowie von Mailvorlagen im Ticketsystem Topdesk gemäß Vorgaben verantwortlich.
  • ​​​​​Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen für Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit zusammen, um IT-Systeme nach DSGVO-Anforderungen zu klassifizieren.

This is what you can score highly with

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur oder einen verwandten Studiengang mit Bezug zu digitalen Prozessen.
  • Du verfügst über erweiterte Grundkenntnisse in O365, SharePoint und Teams.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Security sowie mit Normen der Informationssicherheit, wie dem BSI-Grundschutz oder ISO/IEC 27001, bringst du bereits mit.
  • Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie deine überzeugende kommunikative Art runden dein Profil ab.
