This is what we need you for

  • Strategische Einführung: Du leitest die Implementierung eines integrierten Managementsystems, beginnend mit ISO 50001 und der schrittweisen Integration weiterer ISO-Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
  • Standortübergreifende Verbesserung: Du stellst die effektive Umsetzung und Prozessoptimierung an allen europäischen Standorten zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität sicher.
  • Audits und Zertifizierungen: Du führst interne Audits durch und bereitest Zertifizierungsaudits vor.
  • Schulung und Unterstützung: Du entwickelst Schulungen, unterstützt Teams bei der Umsetzung des Managementsystems und berätst sie zur Prozessverbesserung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem KVP-Team.
  • Beratung und Innovation: Du berätst das operative Management und förderst die innovative Prozessoptimierung an den lokalen Standorten.

  • Du hast einen technischen Studienabschluss oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung und bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Pflege von Managementsystemen oder Prozessoptimierungen (KVP) mit. Zertifizierte Weiterbildungen z.B. Energiemanagementbeauftragter sind ein Plus
  • Mit ISO-Standards kennst du dich bestens aus und hast bereits erfolgreich Prozesse optimiert, die Effizienz und/oder die Nachhaltigkeit gesteigert haben
  • Du kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich vermitteln und Prozesse klar analysieren und optimieren.
  • Englisch sprechen ist für dich kein Problem. Du leitest auch internationale Projekte eigenständig und hast stets einen Blick für lösungsorientierten Pragmatismus
  • Du bist flexibel, passt dich schnell neuen Herausforderungen an und bist bereit gelegentlich zu unseren Standorten zu reisen
