This is what we need you for

  • Du betreust und entwickelst die SAP HCM-Module (PA, OM, PY, PT) im aktuellen SAP ECC-System und zukünftig in SAP S/4HANA weiter.
  • Du analysierst und optimierst die bestehenden HR-Prozesse und setzt diese im SAP HCM um. Hierzu gehören Systemanpassungen und -konfigurationen (Customizing) sowie ABAP-Programmierung.
  • Du unterstützt die Umstellung und Migration des bestehenden SAP HCM-Systems auf S/4HANA.
  • Durch die Betreuung und Anpassung der Schnittstellen stellst du eine funktionierende Integration des SAP HCM zu anderen Systemen sicher.
  • Du unterstützt den Fachbereich bei Anwendungsfragen und führst Anwenderschulungen durch.

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM (insbesondere PA, OM, PY und PT), idealerweise in einem Inhouse-Umfeld, mit.
  • Du besitzt ein tiefgehendes Prozessverständnis im Bereich Human Resources, insbesondere in der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der SAP-ABAP-Entwicklung.
  • Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung zeichnen dich aus.
