This is what we need you for
- Du betreust die Konzeption und die Umsetzung interaktiver Bücher und Spiele unseres Programmsegments tiptoi®
- In dieser Tätigkeit bist du für die Marktbeobachtung, die Kontakte zu Autor*innen und Grafiker*innen sowie für die Durchführung der Zielgruppentests zuständig
- Du unterstützt die Kolleg*innen der Redaktion hinsichtlich des GameDesigns, der Softwarespezifikation, der Umsetzung der Software sowie des Debuggings und übernimmst schrittweise selbstständig Aufgaben
- Die Erstellung von Texten und das Verfassen von Produkttexten sowie die redaktionelle Projektbetreuung ist zudem Teil deines Aufgabengebiets
- Zeitweise stehst du auch mit unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in Kontakt und stimmst dich mit den Ansprechpartner*innen ab

- Du besitzt einen Hochschulabschluss mit dem Inhalt der Konzeption von Lernprodukten oder interaktiven Medien, gern auch einen Abschluss in Buch- oder Geisteswissenschaften
- Als Volontär*in hast du eine hohe Affinität zu Büchern sowie Spielen und kannst dich in die Zielgruppe der Kinder von 2 bis 10 Jahren hineinversetzen
- Du bist versiert in der praktischen Anwendung von Systemen sowie Software und zeigst dich bereit, in die Softwarespezifikationen und die Programmier-Logik unserer Produkte einzuarbeiten
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
- Wenn zudem Kreativität, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit zu deinen positiven Eigenschaften zählen und du viel Spaß an unseren Produkten hast, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig
