- Du koordinierst das Projektmanagement für unsere kreativen Mal- und Bastelprodukte
- Auf Basis von Consumer Insights entwickelst du innovative Produktkonzepte für den internationalen Markt
- Mit deinem redaktionellen Geschick gestaltest du die Produkte, kümmerst dich um Konzeption, Themenwahl, Ausstattung, Kosten sowie die Texterstellung und führst umfassende Tests durch
- Du hältst engen Kontakt zu externen Agenturen und Grafikern, die du zielgerichtet leitest und betreust
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Lizenzgebern trägst du maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Produkte bei

- Du bringst ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Produktentwicklung
- Deine Begeisterung für Mal- und Bastelprodukte treibt dich an und inspiriert dich
- Als Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenmotivation übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung und bringst dich aktiv ein
- Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office ist für dich selbstverständlich, und du zeigst Offenheit gegenüber Datenbanken; SAP-Kenntnisse sind dabei von Vorteil
