This is what we need you for

  • Professionelle und empathische Betreuung unserer Kunden via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Reklamationen auf effiziente und kundenorientierte Weise in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen 
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten in unserem IT-System SAP Service Cloud/C4C
  • Aftersales-Service des Ravensburger Online-Shops sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen in Ravensburger Social Media Kanälen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung unserer Serviceprozesse

This is what you can score highly with

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit ersten Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder einer ähnlichen Position
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englisch und einer weiteren Fremdsprache
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem Arbeitszeitrahmen zwischen 7:30 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Service-Systemen
