- Führung der Auslieferung mit rund 160 Mitarbeitern
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Service und Produktivität
- Gestaltung und Koordination eines effizienten Materialflusses
- Strategische und zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs
- Initiierung, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Projekten, z.B. zur Automatisierung, Digitalisierung oder Kapazitätserweiterung

- Hervorragende Fach- und Methodenkompetenz in der Logistik, egal ob durch Studium, Praxis, Meisterausbildung oder einem Mix daraus
- Führungserfahrung und sehr gutes Gespür fürs Team
- Begeisterung für die Logistik und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Umfeld, idealweise FMCG
- Analytische Herangehensweise und ausgeprägte Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean- und KVP-Methoden
