- Außerdem bist du für die Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer Innovationspipeline verantwortlich
- Dabei führst du ein Team von 2-3 direkten Mitarbeitern
- Die Koordination unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil
- Ebenso trägst du die P&L-Verantwortung für die Produktmarken

- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt International Business oder Marketing abgeschlossen
- Seit mindestens 3 Jahre hast du bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Spielwarenbranche, gesammelt
- Du bist kreativ und begeisterst dich für kreative und technische Produkte - hast aber auch eine analytische und zielgruppenorientierte Denkweise
- Deine Erfahrung mit Neuprodukteinführungen und Innovationsprozessen zeichnen dich aus
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
