This is what we need you for

  • Du unterstützt die Honorar- und Lizenzbuchhaltung in der Vertragsverwaltung, wie z. B. bei Anlage der Verträge, Erstellung der Abrechnungen und Kommunikation mit Autoren 
  • Bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-unterstützter Software wirkst du aktiv mit
  • Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Tochterunternehmen, Lieferanten und Autoren
  • Deine Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Ravensburger Organisation im Bereich Accounts Payable & Royalty ist gefragt
  • Du wirst in alle Aufgaben des Bereichs Finanzen eingearbeitet und unterstützt hier aktiv  - auch bei finanzübergreifenden Projekten
  • Die Dauer des Traineeprogramms beträgt 18 Monate

  • Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium vorweisen
  • Du bist teamfähig, motiviert, zeigst Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft und besitzt eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Übernahme von Verantwortung und ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus
  • Du besitzt gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse
  • Freude an Digitalisierung, sehr sicherer Umgang im MS-Office-Paket und erste Erfahrung in SAP bringst du mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
