- Als Business Partner im Product Category Controlling arbeitest du direkt mit unseren Product Categories zusammen, um sie in der Umsetzung ihrer Strategie zu unterstützen
- Analyse, Reporting und Steuerung der wesentlichen Category KPIs gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgaben
- Du befasst dich mit dem Monitoring und der Optimierung der Category Deckungsbeitrags-Struktur, dem Produktportfolio sowie operativen Kosten und der Effizienz-Steigerung
- Erstellung und Review von Business Plänen, Produktkalkulationen und Preisfindung sind weitere Teile deines Aufgabengebiets
- Du arbeitest durchgehend im Category-Planungsprozess mit (Strategie, Budget, Forecast)

- Du besitzt einen Abschluss in BWL (Controlling) oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Relevante Arbeitserfahrung als operativer Controller hast du bereits gesammelt - idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Verlags- und/oder Konsumgüterbranche
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit relevanten IT-Programmen/Systemen (Excel, MS Office, SAP-BI, Analysis for Office) und bringst sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
- Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hast Freude am zahlenorientierten Arbeiten
- Die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten als Business Partner und dabei auch ein starker Teamplayer und Netzwerker über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg zu sein - das zeichnet dich aus
