- Du entwickelst innovative, geeignete Sourcing-Strategien zur Kandidatengewinnung, setzt diese um und probierst verschiedene Wege aus
- Das Analysieren der Wirksamkeit verschiedener Recruitingkanäle ist für dich unerlässlich für die ständige Verbesserung der Maßnahmen
- Dir macht es Spaß out-of-the-box zu denken, neue Impulse zu setzen, neue Ideen aktiv einzubringen und diese auch hands-on umzusetzen

- Du weißt, wo unsere Zielgruppen für unsere Jobs unterwegs sind, welche Kanäle sie nutzen und wie sie am besten angesprochen werden sollten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Rekrutierungskanälen und Social Media Plattformen und bist bereit, dich in solche Themen reinzufuchsen
