- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Auftragsbearbeitung und die Betreuung unserer Kunden im Vertriebsinnendienst D-A-CH
- Du pflegst Konditionen und Kundenstammdaten und stellst durch die Aktualität der Daten einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Retouren und Reklamationen und behältst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und den Überblick
- Bei der Erstellung von Angebots- und Listungsunterlagen kommen dir dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie deine Gewissenhaftigkeit zugute
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Außendienst- und Key Account Kolleg*innen im Team zusammen, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu betreuen und zu unterstützen

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb gesammelt und bist bereit an drei zusammenhängenden Tagen ganztags zu arbeiten
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet, und du bist sehr sprachgewandt
- Durch dein Organisationstalent gelingt es dir die vielfältigen Aufgaben im Vertriebsinnendienst zu strukturieren und Termine einzuhalten
- Du beherrschst das MS Office Paket und idealerweise verfügst du bereits über Kenntnisse in SAP
- Dein Auftreten ist sicher, freundlich und zuvorkommend
