This is what we need you for
- Mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung entdeckst, optimierst und realisierst Du Kinderspielkonzepte auf Basis spannender Spieltests für Ravensburger.
- Du analysierst aktuelle Trends, erstellst darauf basierende Kreativ-Briefings und hast so maßgeblichen Anteil an neuen Spielideen.
- Für eine inspirierende Zusammenarbeit pflegst Du Kontakte zu Autoren und Ideengebern auf der ganzen Welt.
- Du begleitest Spiele redaktionell von der Konzeption über die Themenauswahl, Texterstellung und Ausstattung bis hin zur qualitäts- und termingerechten Veröffentlichung.
- Als wichtiger Partner gestaltest Du das (Kinder-)Spielsortiment für den nationalen und internationalen Markt in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement mit.

- Als Grundlage Deiner Expertise und Leidenschaft bringst Du ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) und bestenfalls mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spieleredaktion oder -entwicklung mit.
- Du besitzt didaktisches Gespür für Kinderspiele und ausgeprägte Empathie für die Zielgruppe.
- Als engagierter Teamplayer freust Du Dich darauf, Dein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch abteilungs- und länderübergreifend einzubringen.
- Analyse- und Entwicklungskompetenz, Schnittstellenerfahrung und selbstverständlicher Umgang mit MS Office machen dich zu einem wertvollen Mitglied unseres kreativen Teams.
