This is what we need you for

  • Du analysierst relevante Guidelines, Wettbewerber, sowie gesetzliche Grundlagen und leitest eigenständig Handlungsfelder daraus ab
  • Du unterstützt bei der Datensammlung und -aufbereitung zur Entwicklung eines internen Reportings sowie die Definition dazugehöriger Kennzahlen unter Beachtung der CSRD/ESRS
  • Du nimmst aktiv an der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Lieferanten) teil und bereitest diese Termine vor bzw. auf
  • Du entwickelst zielgruppenorientiertes Kommunikationsmaterial und Präsentationen eigenständig zu aktuellen Ergebnissen, Fragestellungen und Entscheidungsbedarfen
  • Du bringst deine Sichtweise und Expertise bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Ravensburger Gruppe ein

  • Du studierst derzeit mit Schwerpunkt in Nachhaltigkeit/Umweltmanagement, (nachhaltiger) Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder Politik
  • Du hast theoretische Expertise in der Erstellung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten und Klimabilanzen. CSRD, SDG, LCA und CCF sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
  • Du konntest bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im unternehmerischen Arbeitsumfeld sammeln (z.B. Projektmanagement oder Unternehmensberatung). Erfahrung im Corporate Sustainability Umfeld sind ein Plus
  • Es motiviert dich auch im internationalen Umfeld eigenständig zu arbeiten. Komplexe Sachverhalte löst Du am liebsten im Team
  • Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und schreckst nicht vor Daten und Tabellen zurück

Weitere Facts: Selbstverständlich wird dein Praktikum vergütet - und zwar im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums laut Lehr- bzw. Studienplan mit 1.600€ (brutto) im Monat und bei einem freiwilligen Praktikum über drei Monate und länger mit 1.883€ (brutto) pro Monat.
