- Du betreust unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen selbstständig und bist damit erster Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
- In deinem Betreuungsbereich bist du für alle Touchpoints im Employee Lifecycle Management zuständig, von der Gewinnung bis zum Off-Boarding
- Du stehst mit dem Betriebsrat in Kontakt und sorgst hier für eine weiterhin konstruktive und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit
- Die Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen der Organisation, die Auseinandersetzung mit strategischen Fragestellungen sowie die Durchführung von HR-Planungsprozessen ist zudem Teil deines Aufgabengebiets
- Die Mitarbeit an zukunftsgerichteten HR-Themen und Projekten runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab

- Du bist ein kompetenter HR Business Partner und verfügst neben der passenden Ausbildung und Qualifikation bereits über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Als HRler verstehst du dich als Partner auf Augenhöhe mit dem Management und den Mitarbeitenden
- Du bist versiert in der praktischen Anwendung der Arbeitsgesetze sowie in den Grundlagen des Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
- Du bist gleichermaßen offen und herzlich wie auch souverän und kompetent auf verschiedenen Ebenen im Unternehmen
- Wenn zudem Belastbarbarkeit, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit zu deinen Eigenschaften zählen und du viel Spaß an deiner Arbeit hast, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig
