This is what we need you for
- Scouting und Steuerung von Agenturen, Designern sowie Erstellung von kreativen Briefings und Moodboards
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Programmbereichen, dass durch eigene Gestaltung sowie Koordination von externen Dienstleistern, wie z. B. für Grafik, Illustration, Layout und Reinzeichnung, aus großartigen Buchideen schöne Buchcover werden
- Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Gestaltung von Buchcover, Logos, Icons etc.
- Terminüberwachung und termingerechte Abgabe sowie andere dazu zu inspirieren, das Gleiche zu tun
- Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts

- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Grafikdesigner, große Affinität zur Zielgruppe Kinder, Jugendliche und Eltern
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud, mit Schwerpunkt auf Indesign, Photoshop und Illustrator
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität, ausgeprägter Sinn für Stil, fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Grafik, Illustration und Schrift
- Leidenschaft für einen modernen Gestaltungsstil und einen Blick für Ästhetik, Formensprache und Typografie
- Konzeptionelles Denken und Kreativität mit hohem Anspruch sowie Begeisterung für Trends und Neuheiten
