- Qualitätsseitige Begleitung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses unserer Spielzeuge bis zur Freigabe der Markteinführung
- Interner Experte für alle Themen zur Produktsicherheit und Beratung dazu
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüflaboren und unserem globalen Qualitätsmanagementteam
- Verantwortung für die Abstimmung der gesetzlichen und internen Produktsicherheitsanforderungen
- Fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb des Bereichs

- Naturwissenschaftlicher oder technischer Background durch Studium oder entsprechende Erfahrung
- Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich und im Umgang mit Gesetzestexten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch in Englisch
- Freude daran im Team zur arbeiten und die Power für die Qualitätsthemen einzustehen
- Starke Sensibilität für die mit dem Produkt verbundene Verantwortung
