- Führung von ca. 160 Mitarbeitern im Team mit zwei weiteren Teamleitern
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsprozesse
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Lieferservice und Produktivität in der Auslieferung
- Initiierung von Optimierungsaktivitäten und Vorantreiben der KVP-Themen
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Logistikprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

- Begeisterung für die Logistik und Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Führungsposition
- Logistik-Knowhow durch eine Meisterausbildung oder ähnliches
- Gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der großen Belegschaft und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Organisations- und Planungstalent, das auch Flexibilität gut handhaben kann
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
