  • Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Projektportfolios
  • Leitung strategischer/internationaler Projekte
  • Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement-Tool "Wrike"
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Projektmanagementstandards und -prozessen 
  • Identifikation und Bewertung potenzieller Projekte für die Portfolioaufnahme
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Projekte den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen
  • Effektive Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und regelmäßige Berichte über den Portfolio-Status

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/Studium im passenden Kontext 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Projektportfoliomanagement
  • Analytische Denkweise und strategisches Geschick
  • Teamplayer mit positiver Einstellung und Ideentreiber - auch für Veränderungsprozesse
  • Souveräne Kommunikation und Präsentationsgeschick, auch auf verschiedenen (Management-) Ebenen
  • Fähigkeit zur geschickten Vermittlung und zum Brückenbauen zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und gute Englischkenntnisse
