- Strategieentwicklung für den Corporate Development Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Durchführung von zielgerichteten Suchprozessen für neue Investments und Akquisitionen
- Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Auswertung von Business Plänen, Pitch Dokumenten und von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
- Erstellung von Prozessdokumenten (Investment Proposals etc.) und integrierten Finanzmodellen sowie Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen (z.B. DCF und Multiples)
- Management von sämtlichen Prozessphasen des gesamten Akquisitions- und Investmentprozesses
- Hands-on Portfoliomanagement von Start-Up-Unternehmen im Ravensburger NextVentures Programm
This is what you can score highly with
- Sehr guter Hochschulabschluss, bspw. in BWL oder quantitativ-analytisch orientierten Fächern
- Vorzugsweise 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Corporate Development, M&A, Consulting
- Verständnis für Consumer Business und relevante Märkte, Geschäftsmodelle und Innovationsfelder
- Intellektuell und analytisch stark
- Eigenmotiviert, proaktiv und selbstorganisiert mit der Fähigkeit, in relativ kurzer Zeit eigenständig Projekte und Investments umzusetzen
- Bewegungsfähig, mit sehr gutem verhandlungssicheren Englisch und internationaler Erfahrung
