This is what we need you for

  • Du initiierst und koordinierst KVP-Themen sowie entwickelst das KVP System für unsere Global Supply Chain (schwerpunktmäßig am Standort Ravensburg sowie für unsere Tochtergesellschaften in Tschechien und der Slowakei)
  • Du etablierst das KVP-Management in der Unternehmenskultur durch Workshops, Trainings und Coachings und begeisterst unsere Mitarbeiter*innen für diese Themen
  • Durch die nachhaltige Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von KVP Methoden (Lean + Digitalisierung) optimierst du Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozesse
  • Du analysierst selbstständig Optimierungsbedarfe und Potenziale in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Du unterstützt und berätst alle Abteilungen im Bezug auf Projekte und KVP Themen und baust ein KVP-Multiplikatorenteam auf

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Systems Engineering, Maschinenbau, Wertschöpfungsmanagement, Produktionsmanagement oder vergleichbare Studiengänge.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lean (u.a. Shopfloormanagement, Wertstromanalyse, Verschwendungsarten, 5S-Methode) und Digitalisierung von Prozessen in Verknüpfung mit Prozessoptimierung
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von KVP-Workshops
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Prozess- und IT-Affinität, begeisterst dich für Veränderungen und agierst proaktiv als Vorantreiber neuer Ideen. Darüber hinaus besitzt du ein fundiertes Verständnis für digitale Technologien und Datenanalysewerkzeuge.
  • Deine Fähigkeit, sich sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich fließend auf Englisch auszudrücken, ist eine weitere Stärke, die du in diese Position einbringst.
