• Teamorientierte Personaleinsatzplanung unter Beachtung arbeitsrechtlicher Gesichtspunkten für die operativen Bereiche des Ravensburger Spieleland Freizeitpark und Feriendorf
• Zentrale Koordination der bereichsübergreifenden Disposition
• Ansprechpartner für Bereichsleitung und Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich allen Fragestellungen zum Arbeitsplan
• Schnittstelle zu Betriebsleitung, HR-Bereich und externen Dienstleistern
