This is what we need you for

  • Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-Systeme (MS Power BI, SAP Netweaver, Hyperion Financial Management) und auch der vorgelagerten Systeme (SAP ERP mit FI/CO/COPA teilweise auch SD und MM)
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Reports und Analysen
  • Reporting für Aufsichtsrat und Management 
  • Übernahme von Projekten
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung von Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland
  • Erstellung von Sonderanalysen, Mitwirken bei Budgets und Forecasts, Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen 

This is what you can score highly with

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Motivation und Neugierde auf Neues gepaart mit hoher Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz und gutes Miteinander im Team
