This is what we need you for

  • Planung, strategische Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Full Funnel Performance Marketing-Maßnahmen mit Fokus auf Paid Search Marketing / PPC (insbesondere Amazon Advertising)
  • Monitoring von kanalspezifischen KPIs und Ableitung datengetriebener Handlungen
  • Analyse und laufende Optimierung entlang des Sales Funnels
  • Controlling, Planung und Reporting aller Maßnahmen und Budgets
  • Verantwortung für Budget und die Steuerung externer Partner*innen

 

 

This is what you can score highly with

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung (z.B. Vertrieb / E-Commerce, Marketing, Unternehmensführung) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Digital Marketing / E-Commerce / Agenturumfeld
  • Erfahrungen in der strategischen und operativen Umsetzung von PPC-Kampagnen, insbesondere mit Amazon Advertising (Ad Console & DSP), Google Ads und Microsoft Advertising
  • Affinität für Daten, Analysen und Management von Kennzahlen
  • Bereitschaft zur kooperativen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise in einem cross-funktionalen Team
